- Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. Upon approval, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 21 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Contract Cancellation after 7 Days
- Eligibility: If you decide to cancel your contract after the initial 7-day period, you may do so at any time.
- Return of Full Product Kit: To cancel the contract, you are required to return the complete Product Kit without any questions asked. Kit is defined as all elements of the Product delivered to you including and not limited to the packaging, boxing, all lights, cables, adaptors, solar panel, control box and any other additional elements that make up the Product sold to you.
- Procedure: Contact our customer service team on 081 053 3596 to inform them of your decision to cancel your Customer Agreement. They will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the Full Product Kit.
- Cancellation Process: Upon receiving the returned Full Product Kit, we will verify that all components are included. Once confirmed, your Customer Agreement will be officially cancelled. No further charges will be applied, and any applicable refunds will be processed accordingly.

- Condition of Returned Products: All returned products must be in their original condition, free from damage or excessive wear. Products that are damaged or show signs of excessive use may not be eligible for a full refund.
